Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all orders

Shipping Times

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipped item to reach its destination once the item has been picked up from our offices by the carrier. Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped out after receiving your order. Business Days are defined by Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

All orders are expected to be delivered between 3-10 business days later after the processing period.

 

Custom Charges

EKAMA is not liable for shipment that is subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs in your country.

 

Pre Orders

If your order is a pre-order item, it will be shipped together on the pre-order ship date. Please note that all pre-order items have a ship date on the product description.
